Info from Licensor: I have been doing back tucks for a year. In this video, I was just going over the take-off jump but didn't plan on doing the flip. Well if you jump correctly but not pull your knees in this is what happens. And my neighbor's dog thought it was funny I guess. I was not injured or even sore the next day.
