Father in India uses the COVID-19 lockdown period to train his daughter life skills

In Chennai, Indian, a smart father is utilizing the COVID-19 lockdown period to train his daughter with life skills to make her physically strong, filmed on April 22, 2020.

Aravind Tharunsri is a resident of Chennai and the training he is giving his daughter will help her in her future life.

"During this lockdown period, I decided to take as an opportunity [...] I decided that I will train my daughter with those mental and physical skills which will her in her lifetime," Aravind said.

Aravind's daughter's name is Thaaragai Aarathana and is six-years-old. Her father trains her in reaction skills, balancing, focusing on flexibility, coordination, agility, speed, reaction, and first aid such as CPR.
