No bake oreo cheesecake / very easy / less time

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake is one of the easiest & simple to make, at the same time very delicious dessert. No bake Oreo cheesecake is made with Oreo cookies, whipping cream & cream cheese. You don't need oven to bake it, you don't need oven at all.

Here’s what you will need!
Serving size – 4 serves
**Recipe:
- 10 Oreo Cookies
- 25g Melted butter
- Chill for 20 minutes
- 150g Cream cheese
- 20g icing Sugar
- ½ Tsp vanilla essence
- 100g Heavy Whipping cream
-5 Oreo Cookies
-15g icing sugar
-Refrigerate for 3 hours
Methods:
- Separate the palm sugar from 10 cookies
- Put 10 cookies in plastic bag then crush 10 cookies until fine crumbs are formed
- Add the melted butter & stir until the crumbs are combined
- Add the mixture to a mini springform non-stick cake pan by using spatula to press & form an even base
- Refrigerate for 20minutes
- Get a bowl add 100g of whipping cream in it & whisk until it create foam or until soft peaks are formed
- Get a bowl add 150g of Cream cheese in it & start whisking slowly add 25g icing sugar, add ½ Tbsp of vanilla essence whisk it until it create foam.
- Fold whipping cream & cream cheese foam together until all ingredients are incorporated
- Separate Oreo cookies & palm sugar from it then crush Oreo cookies into fine powder.
- Sift on the fine Oreo cookies powder on to the top.
- Use paper cut Oreo logo to create attractive Oreo Cheesecake name on the top using 15g icing sugar
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
- When set, remove from the fridge, cut it as you like and enjoy!
