The bizarre clip, filmed on April 19, shows a man standing on the roof of a house smashing tiles and hitting the chimney before breaking it off.
"I was shocked and devastated for neighbours either side who have had their property badly damaged! Believe it or not, it’s not a bad area it just seems to be one house. A lot of people knew who he was and surprisingly weren’t shocked! I’d never heard of him. Seems he’s notorious in the area!" the filmer told Newsflare.
