USAID assists with COVID-19 testing in Cape Town's townships

USAID, together with other aid organisations, is assisting public hospitals and clinics in Cape Town, South Africa with COVID-19 testing.

Zahid Badroodien, the city's head of health and community services, took the media on a tour of the testing facilities at Delft South Community Clinic, where people can be tested free of charge.

South Africa is currently under a lockdown until the end of April.
