Police were forced to turn away shoppers after hundreds arrived at a B&Q store in Nottingham to collect their online orders on April 13.

The hardware store closed its shops during the country's coronavirus lockdown but reopened its online.

The filmer told Newsflare: "Police had to step in on Monday afternoon as queues of shoppers in their cars at a B&Q drive-thru began to block a main road.

"An employee told me that at one point the traffic prevented an ambulance getting through and it is then that the police were forced to intervene."
