'Quiet Mode' for Android and iOS In 'Quiet Mode,' the social media app
will be hidden behind a notification that

“Your Time on Facebook” and slide to “Quiet Mode.” You can also set a time limit, which
is shown on the notification screen. If you wish to disable the setting,
just hit "Manage Quiet Mode." While in the quiet status, most, but not all, noises related to Facebook notifications will be turned off. This includes alerts for
messenger replies and new posts. Your friends and contacts'
activity will still be shown. According to Lifehacker, 'Quiet Mode' will drop on
iOS phones first followed by Android devices in May.
