The baker, a woman named Hai Yen, comes from Phu Tho Province, Vietnam, and started learning to make 3D gelatin cakes in 2017, and has since become a professional baker.

In the video, filmed on August 23, 2019, she created a heart-shaped bouquet of flowers from many injections of coloured cream into the clear gelatin block.

This skill requires great care and concentration, as only a small mistake can cause the gelatin cake can be broken.
