Engineer Ador Canlas, Regional Director for the National Capital Region (NCR) of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), says that 294-bed capacity at the "We Heal as One Center" at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) is now 100% percent ready as a Covid-19 quarantine facility and compliant with World Health Organization (WHO) standards, and will be turned over to concerned agencies.
