- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 3 cups Water

- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- Curry Leaves
- 1/4 cup Ginger-Garlic (chopped)
- 2-3 Green Chilles (chopped)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
