प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देशवासियों से रविवार रात नौ बजे नौ मिनट के लिए अपने घरों की लाइट बंद करने की अपील की। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि पांच अप्रैल को रात नौ बजे घर की लाइट बंद करके, घर के दरवाजे पर मोमबत्ती, दिया या फ्लैश लाइट जलाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस रविवार को हमें संदेश देना है कि हम सभी एक हैं। पीएम मोदी की इस अपील ने बिजली कंपनियों के सामने संकट खड़ा कर दिया है।
