CONIGLIO RIPIENO ALLE ERBETTE
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
1 kg rabbit, liver, sausage, scraps of meat, eggs, pecorino cheese, garlic, herbs, breadcrumbs
carrot, onion, celery, bay leaves, sage, white wine
PREPARATION:
Clean the rabbit and open it to put the filling
