INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
1 kg rabbit, 2 lemons, flour, oil, salt
PREPARATION:
Wash the rabbit, dry it, cut it into pieces, add lemon juice and macerate 30 minutes
Prepare a batter by mixing flour, a pinch of salt water and get a dough
Put the dried rabbit pieces in the batter and fry them in oil for 20 minutes
Dry them on absorbent paper and serve
