CONIGLIO CON FUNGHI

INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)

1 kg rabbit, 40 g butter, 2 tablespoons oil, 3 onions, 400 g mushrooms

a glass of tomato sauce, half a glass of white wine, broth, salt, pepper

PREPARATION:

Heat the oil and butter, add the rabbit pieces, salt, pepper and brown on each side

Add the chopped onions, add the wine, let evaporate, cover and cook for 30 minutes

If necessary add some broth

Add the mushrooms, add the flavour, add the tomato and cook for another 30 minutes

Serve hot and warm
