Disney announced the cancellation of the red carpet at the European film premiere of "Mulan" on Thursday (March 12) before the event was scheduled to take place in London's Leicester Square.

In "an abundance of caution" the organisers decided to axe the red carpet and media line-up due to the ongoing coronavirus situation.

The screening took place at a scaled-down event with extra precautions in place. Guests were seen sanitising hands with alcohol gel and security staff wore protective disposable gloves.
