To make Teekha/ Spicy Pani:

- black salt
- pudina/mint leaves
- dhaniya/coriander leaves
- Green chillies
- ginger

To make Imli/ Tamarind Chutney:

- Imli/ Tamarind
- water
- gudh/ jagarry
- red chilli powder
- jeera (cumin) powder
- salt

For Stuffing:

- 1/2 Cup boiled dried chana
- boiled potato
