Caramelized semiya payasam | semolina | vermicelli|

For all those sweet tooth this will be an excellent dessert after a good meal or can be a meal on good occasions :) . Semiya Payasam is cooked at most places but with the twist of caramelized sugar this gets a good twist. please do try this at home and share your comments.

Ingredients:
1. Semolina - 1 cup
2. Sago - 2tbsp
3. Milk - 5 cups
4. Sugar - 3/4 Cup, for caramelization - 1/2 cup
5. Ghee - 3 tbsp
6. Butter - 2 tbsp
7. Water - 1 cup
8. Cashews & Rasins - Few
9. Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
