Former TOWIE star Lydia Bright gave birth to a baby girl on Friday (February 21).

The former The Only Way is Essex star wrote on Instagram: "My darling girl has arrived. I am so overwhelmed with love, she is absolutely perfect."

Footage shows Bright at the National Television Awards on January 28.
