A rare cloud formation, that looks like the Northern Lights, has been spotted in the UK and captured in stunning timelapse.
Michael Allan filmed this amazing footage of noctilucent clouds in July 2019 above Hexham, northeast England.
Noctilucent clouds are a cloud-like phenomena that occur in the upper atmosphere containing ice crystals that are only visible during astronomical twilight.
