There appears to be friction in the Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance in Maharashtra again, this time over the citizenship laws and census exercises. While Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray has backed the Citizenship Amendment Act, alliance partner NCP chief Sharad Pawar differs.
