INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
300 g minced beef, 300 g minced pork, 2 onions, oil, salt, pepper
PREPARATION:
Chop the onion, add the meat in with pepper and salt pot
Mix the ingredients and put the mixture in the blender until it becomes a puree
With wet hands, prepare some elongated balls, of about 8 cm
Heat a griddle and when is hot cook the meatballs you have greased with oil
The meatballs must be almost burnt on the outside
Serve with chopped onions and peppers sauce
In some other variants, somaro meat, powdered cumin and garlic are also used
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
