CARPACCIO CON RUCOLA
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
350 g finely sliced beef, 2 bunches of arugula, 100 g parmesan, lemon, oil, salt
PREPARATION:
Chop the arugula leaves, wash and dry them
Cut the parmesan cheese into very thin flakes
Arrange the slices of meat on the serving dish, season with the lemon juice, oil and salt
Spread over the arugula and parmesan and serve
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
