Volkswagen group is aiming to sell 2,50,000 electric cars globally in 2020. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Juergen Stackmann, member of the management board of Volkswagen said the company has an ambitious plan to go carbon neutral by 2050. He admitted that the Chinese Coronavirus has impacted the auto industry but the effects won't last beyond a few weeks. He also elaborated on the company's ambitious India 2.0 strategy and the future of diesel cars.
