How To Make Matar Gobi (cauliflower with green peas) SUBSCRIBE Its Free N Hit The Like Button Ingredients: 500 gms Cauliflower 100 gms green peas 10 gms green chillies 200 gms tomato puree Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp 1/4 cup oil Salt to taste Method: In a deep pan heat oil. when the oil is hot add chopped onions and green chillies. saute for few minutes when the onions turn brown add in the tomato puree. when the mixture starts to release oil at the sides add in the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and saute it for few a minute or half until the aroma from the spice powders starts releasing add about 2 cups of hot water followed by cauliflower florets and green peas. mix well and cover and cook for approx 20 minutes on a low flame. open the lid and garnish few more chopped coriander leaves. simple yet tasty matar gobi sabji cauliflower with green peas curry is ready to eat.
