SHRIKHAND POORI How to make Shrikhand I have taken 1 kg of full fat Greek yogurt and hung it in a muslin cloth overnight in refrigerator. The next day the water from the yogurt is completely drained. Transfer it in the mixing bowl and added 150 gms of powdered sugar, and 5-6 powdered cardamom and some strands of saffron and mix it well until the sugar and hung yogurt is incorporated with each other. Easy, Simple and sweet Shrikhand is ready to be served.
