Schezwan Fried Rice

Schezwan Fried Rice made with home made Schezwan sauce gives your tastebuds a spicy surprise with its chilli and garlic flavour. If you are not into spicy food it can be toned down by reducing the amount of chilli to your liking. The schezwan sauce in itself is perfect for dipping chips in or spreading over the cheese in a burger to make it delightfully delicious.

Ingredients –
To make schezwan sauce :
Red chilies – 6 – 7 nos
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Tomato sauce 3 Tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Sugar 3 Tbsp
OIl 2 Tbsp
Garlic 4 - 5 cloves chopped

To marinate the chicken
Boneless chicken 200 g
Chilli Sauce 1 Tbsp
Soya sauce 1 Tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Egg 1
Cumin 1/2 Tsp
Red chilli powder / Paprika 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Chicken stock powder 1/2 Tsp (Optional)
All spice powder (Garam masala) 1/2 tsp
Pepper ½ tsp

Preparation
Oil 2 Tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Eggs 4 Scrambled
Onion 1 chopped
Green peppers / Capsicum chopped 1
Steamed mixed vegetables (Peas / Carrots / Corn)
