High Tide Gets Roughed Up Along Shoreline in Chicago and Starts Entering Streets

The wind gusts made sea waves high along the Chicago shoreline. The seawater got roughed up and started entering the streets. The water also hit the pavements alongside roads making everything near the shoreline wet.
