Cotton Soft Moist Fresh Fruit Cake | Food Celebrations
This fresh fruit cake does not need any butter or oil for its sponge. The sugar can be substituted for stevia or any sweetener of your choice if you would like it sugar free and topped with some juicy fruit. It is absolutely delicious and can be had as a guilt free dessert.

Fruit juice or milk 2 - 3 tbsp
