A monitor lizard was pinned down with a chicken coop after terrorising a pensioner in her home.
Adman Mudsri, 60,was shocked when she was confronted by the wild reptile in her bathroom in Krabi, southern Thailand on Monday (December 30) night.
Her husband contacted the local rescue team to catch it but the rampaging lizard but it was so fierce that they had problems catching it.
They had to grab a bamboo chicken coop and put it on the reptile before they slowly snared it with a rod then put it into a sack.
The pensioner said she heard noises coming from ceiling for several days before she found the lizard in the bathroom.
She said: "I thought the noises were just a rat so I was shocked when I found the monitor lizard in the bathroom."
