Stroganoff is a Rusian dish that can be vegetarian or with meat such as venison or beef.A vegetarian stroganoff is offten made with mushrooms but in this recipe I am going to make a Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff, made with Mustard, Paprika, Brandy and single cream.
