BEF STROGANOV (FILETTO STROGOFF)
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
500 g sliced cultivated mushrooms, 2 sliced onions
800 g beef fillet cut into strips, butter, oil, mustard powder
sugar, salt, pepper, half a liter of sour cream
PREPARATION:
Stew in butter and 2 tablespoons of oil, sliced onions and sliced cultivated mushrooms
Drain and keep them warm
Cook the beef fillet cut into strips in butter and 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat
In a pan, fat-free, add mushrooms, onions and meat
Combine 2 teaspoons mustard powder and 2 teaspoons sugar diluted in a little hot water
Salt, pepper and pour in half a litre of sour cream
Stir and cook over high heat for a few minutes
