Clashes between protesters and police in Colombia's capital Bogota

Clashes erupted between police and protesters at the National University of Bogota on Friday.

Hooded men faced off against police, who used tear gas and water cannon in response. Video also showed a police vehicle seemingly being attacked with petrol bombs.

Colombia has had a number of anti-government protests in recent months, amid unhappiness over unemployment and possible government austerity measures.
