Chinese employees were forced to stand outside in their underwear after failing to achieve recruitment target.
The video, shot in the city of Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on December 4, shows several male employees standing in a line with only their underwear on.
In another clip, a man in a white jacket can be seen whipping another man with a stick.
According to reports, a pub called K one opened by Nanning QianZuan Culture Media is hiring and asked their new employees to recruit people.
If they cannot achieve the recruitment target, they will be deducted salary, asked to stand in their underwear, hit on their bottoms and forced to do 200 pushups.
