INGREDIENTS:

lamb, oilo, lard, onion, parsley, sage, salt, pepper, slices of homemade bread
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into regular pieces, without too much wash to drain
Put in the "cutturo" with fat (oil and lard), onion, a little parsley and a little sage
Salt and pepper and cook over low heat, taking care that the broth does not dry too much
Meanwhile, large slices of homemade bread are prepared and placed in the bowls
When the meat is cooked you pour broth and bread into each bowl
The firing is a copper pot that is hung with the iron chain with 3 stakes fixtures in the ground
