Jim Brookshire worked as Vice President of Operations at Crossroads Kombucha Brewery Fort Wayne, Indiana for a year. While working there, he was responsible for overall P&L, operations, sales, distribution and process development of a manufacturing brewing facility including Supply Chain Management and Tea Processing.
