Visual Expectations Of Pokemon Games (1996-NOW)

With Pokemon Sword and Shield on the way, many are thinking, Game Freak, are not doing enough to drive the series forward. I look at key Pokemon games that pushed things forward visually and similar games that came out at the time.
Has Game freak EVER done enough visually and does it matter? I share my opinion in the video above. Took a lot of work but twas a lot of fun, looking at where graphics were at when each Pokemon game came out
