It's time to experiment in the kitchen. I made 2 types of pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. One with oatmeal and the other with pepitas. I had never made these before but they both turned out delicious. 375 degree Fahrenheit Ingredients: 4 eggs 7 cups of flour 4 sticks (1 pound butter) 29 oz can of pumpkin 4 cups chocolate chips 2 cups pepitas 3 cups old fashioned oats 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 and 1/4 cups dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons salt
