Mixed girdle-cake is the most famous food of Saigon street cuisine. It’s a mix of snacks with simple ingredients such as: girdle-cake cut fibers mixed with dried shrimp fried fat. The remaining ingredients vary with the seller, usually bovine burning lungs, laksa leaves, papaya, tomato fiber, soy sauce, peanut… This food is often served with sweet fish sauce and tamarind sauce laksa leaves that will bring quite delicious flavors.
