Spooky paranormal activity was captured in the bedroom of a North Carolina couple on Monday (October 14).

The filmer said: "My wife and I noticed things out of place and I set up a video camera one day before leaving for work.

"What really creeps me out about this is I recently lost a family member. Their death was sudden and unexpected.

"I wonder if they are trying to reach out to me."
