Transport truck flips over trying to avoid stalled car on Chinese highway

A tank truck transporting 32 tons of waste oil flipped over after failing to avoid a stalled car on the road in eastern China.

The CCTV video, filmed on October 22 on the Beijing–Shanghai Expressway in the city of Wuxi, shows a tanker truck tipping over onto the group after swerving to avoid a car that had halted in the middle of the road.

According to reports, the car broke down and stopped on the highway.

Although the car driver had turned on his hazard lights, but no other warning sign was set up.

Some waste oil leaked out from the flipped tanker after the incident, but no casualties were reported. Police are investigating the case.
