Info from Licensor: "This was taken at Westwood, a new country music restaurant and bar in San Francisco where things heat up (literally) in the evenings. A customer must have been feeling the heat and after removing her sticky bra, tossed it into the air in frustration. Our GM is 6’4”. This was not staged. It’s hilarious! Bras are never easy to remove. :)"
