Rising rivers and road closures hitting Arkansas as storm system lingers overhead

Heavy rain prompted flooding and road closures in northern Arkansas on Sunday, Oct. 6. Showers and storms moved into many towns in Northwest Arkansas bringing many flooded areas like you see here in this video.
