This girl demonstrated the opening of an egg sac of a tarantula spider. She first pulled the egg sac from the possession of the spider and placed it in a separate tray. Then she used clippers to slowly open the egg sac up, revealing the tiny little spiders inside.

00:00Hi guys, I have an amazing reproduction video for you tonight. I have a mother
00:06Ephebopus murinus here with her beautiful egg sac. I am going to steal it from her
00:12So let's get started. This is the skeleton tarantula
00:17They are called that because of the lovely tan markings on their legs
00:24that are
00:27reminiscent of a skeleton costume and
00:35Distracted her with my net and
00:38Stole those babies right away. So there's mom. I'm gonna make sure she's fed and watered first
00:46Upon initial inspection
00:49This sack feels light and fluffy. This is five weeks old and
00:55And the eggs feel nice and loose these should be first in star slings at this point
01:06Not there yet, there we go
01:17Beautiful teensy skeleton babies
01:25You
01:30Can see
01:32These little bits here are their first
01:37molts from the eggs with leg stage
01:41To where they are now. These actually have molted
01:46from the eggs with leg stage to first in star
01:50Which when this first happens, they're actually
01:54clear
01:55And they just look like chubby little grubs
01:59But these are dark and they're more developed which is exactly
02:03What I was anticipating which means they are
02:07Nearly second in star. They'll begin molting again very soon, which is really exciting. I
02:14Will obviously have beautiful
02:17Effa boobies mirrorness babies for sale soon. This is her actually her second sack from this breed
02:24So, um, obviously these numbers aren't gonna be huge, but still really amazing
02:32Fantastic reproduction from one awesome mom. That was our skeleton reproduction. Hope you guys enjoyed. See you soon
