Ever since the new Motor Vehicle Act has come into force, the police as well as the general public are facing problems. A similar view has emerged from Muzaffarpur in Bihar. Whereupon, the angry public surrounded the policemen and continued the commotion. Policemen were cutting the challan when people surrounded some policemen sitting in the car. He did not wear a seat belt.

जब से नया मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट लागू हुआ है आम जनता के साथ ही पुलिस को भी फजीहत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। ऐसा ही नजारा बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर से सामने आया है। जहां, नाराज़ पब्लिक ने पुलिसकर्मियों को घेर लिया और हंगामा करते रहे। पुलिसकर्मी चालान काट रहे थे तभी गाड़ी में बैठे कुछ पुलिसकर्मियों को लोगों ने घेर लिया। उन्होंने सीट बेल्ट नहीं बांध रखी थी। फिर क्या था, लोगों ने जमकर हंगामा किया।
