Dragon Quest XI Side Quest No.19 Light It Up
You need to defeat enemy called brollygagger and retrieve rainproof rayon for the old man. However brollygagger can only appear on rain weather in Champs Sauvage in southern area. You need to talk to the cow when exactly the rain appear, you can use southern camp to switch the normal and rain weather. After you beat brollygagger and retrieve rainproof rayon, return back to old man to claim your reward
