Beef Steak with Chimichurri and Mashed Potato :
Ingredients for Beef steak:
Beef tenderloin 2 fillet
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil ¼ cup
Butter ¼ cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Method:
Marinade beef with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a pan sauté garlic and thyme, then add beef fillet and pan sear for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
Pre-heat oven at 200-300 degrees celsius.
Bake beef fillet for 5-7 minutes for medium well
Chimichurri :
Ingredients:
Olive oil ½ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chopped parsley ½ cup
Garlic chopped 2-3 cloves
Red chilies 2
Red chili chopped 1 tbsp
Oregano ¾ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper to taste



Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5-10 min to release all the flavors into the oil before using. Ideally let it sit for more than 2 hrs if time allows.
Mashed Potato
Ingredients:
Potatoes 2
Salt to taste
Butter 2-3 tbsp
Milk 2-3tbsp
Method:
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes and boil.
Mash the boiled potatoes and add salt.
Then gradually add butter and then milk and mix.

Chicken A'la Kiev:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 2
Butter 1 cup
Oil for deep frying
Thyme 1-2 tsp
Oregano 1-2 tsp
Chopped parsley As Req
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
flour 1/2cup
bread crumbs 1/2cup
Eggs (beaten) 2
Method:
Combine soften butter, parsley , thyme , oregano , and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
Slit the chicken breasts and open them
Fill a piping bag with the butter mixture.
Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns over the slit chicken breasts. Pipe out the butter mixture in the center, roll tightly and seal the edges. Place the rolls on a plate and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Spread refined flour and breadcrumbs on 2 different plates. Break eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
Coat chicken rolls with refined flour, dip in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat the process once more, place the chicken rolls on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
Gently slide the rolls into the hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot, Enjoy!

Cookies and Ice-cream Pie :
Ingredients:
Chocolate sandwich cookies 20
Melted chocolate 1 cup
Ice-cream 3 liter
Method:
Place cookies in a gallon sized plastic bag and hit with a rolling pin or pan until crushed.
