Pod of dolphins swim alongside jet skier in New Zealand

This was the magical moment a pod of dolphins swam alongside a jet skier in Hauraki on September 1.

Footage shows the aquatic mammals around the filmer and them continuing in a formation even after the jet ski speeds up.

The filmer said: "A pod of dolphins swam up to me whilst I was jetskiing and started playing around it.

"They had a great time."

They also commented online: "There [are] memories you never forget aye.

"We got some cool s*** in our oceans."
