Pasil fish market damaged by Visayas quake

CEBU CITY, Philippines - Tuesday's earthquake caused a portion of the ceiling of the Pasil fish port in Cebu to collapse, killing at least four people. The fish port has been abandoned as local officials check the structural integrity of the building.
