Disney recently released a first look at the movie, featuring the two leading pups on the cover of the latest issue of ‘Disney twenty-three.’. The magazine cover confirms Disney's decision to use a canine cast for this remake, rather than use CGI as they did with "The Lion King.". Starring as the beloved Tramp is a two-year-old terrier mix named Monte, who will be voiced by actor Justin Theroux. Tramp’s love interest, Lady, will be played by a cocker spaniel named Rose, who will be voiced by actress Tessa Thompson. . The dogs in the film were reportedly all rescued from shelters and placed in “forever homes” following the end of production
