'The only way to deal with clampers' - Irish man removes clamp with bolt cutters

This was the moment a man in Bray, County Wicklow removed a clamp from a van using bolt cutters on August 18.

Footage shows the man crouched by the front right-hand wheel using a tool then eventually removing the clamp.

The filmer can be heard saying: "The only way to deal with clampers."

It is said to be part of a phenomenon where people who have been dubbed "Clamp Fairies" remove clamps around Ireland.
